1. What is MIRACLE CART?
MIRACLE CART is a small, family-run business dedicated to providing affordable, problem-solving products to customers all over India. We carefully select each product to make your everyday life easier and more convenient.

2. Are your products original and good quality?
Yes! We only sell tested, quality-checked products that meet our standards for durability, usefulness, and value. Every item is inspected before dispatch.

3. How can I contact customer support?
You can reach us anytime via email at miraclecart55@gmail.com. Our team usually responds within 24 hours on working days.

4. Do you have a physical store?
Currently, MIRACLE CART operates online only to keep our prices affordable for all customers across India. However, we deliver to almost every pin code in the country!

5. How do I know when new products are available?
Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates, offers, and new arrivals.


🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. How long will my order take to arrive?
We usually process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

2. Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. Some remote areas may take a few extra days for delivery.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use that link to check your delivery status anytime.

4. What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact us at miraclecart55@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you right away.

5. Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
Currently, we don’t offer express delivery. However, we’re working on expanding our logistics network to make faster delivery available soon.


💳 PAYMENT RELATED

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments through secure checkout.

2. Is online payment safe on your website?
Absolutely! All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways, ensuring your data and payment information remain completely safe.

3. Can I pay using Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on select products and pin codes. You can check COD availability during checkout.


🔄 REFUND & RETURN

1. What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your item if it’s unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email us at miraclecart55@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

3. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
